Q: What is the quality of your videos?

A: We use up to a 1500 Kpbs encoding process at full screen in Windows Media Video (WMV).

 

 

 

Q: Do your videos stream, or can they be downloaded?

A: All of our videos can be watched on progressive download (type of streaming subject to the quality of your internet connection since you have to be online while the movie is playing) but no all of our videos are available to download to your hard drive only the selected ones.

 

 

 

Q: How often is M2MCLUB updated?

A: Officially we add a new video every two weeks but you can expect “bonus videos” sometimes.

 

 

 

Q: Is joining M2MCLUB secure?

A: Your privacy is important to us. All payment transactions are handled through 128-bit encryption. We will never provide your email address to any third party.

 


 

Q: What will appear on my credit card statement?

Q: My password / username don’t work. What should I do?

A: Make sure you type in your Username and Password exactly the same way as they appear in the confirmation Email after you signed up. Our system is case sensitive. Q: How do I cancel my account?

A: You may cancel at any time by going to WWW.CCBILL.com

 

 

Q: I cancelled my subscription and I still have access to the member's area.
You always receive a confirmation email upon cancellation. This guarantees that you will not be re billed for the next billing cycle of 30 days. But in the current billing cycle you will still be allowed access for the days that you have left.


Q: What are the terms and conditions of my subscription?
m2mclub.com always has its terms and conditions posted on the payment page and the following information: pricing, length of the membership and whether or not the membership will re bill a customer or not.


Q: Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after signing up?
You must enter a valid email address each time you make a purchase through www.m2mclub.com to receive a confirmation in your mailbox. For future notifications, you will have to communicate us your valid email address, using our customer support form.

Q: What PC requirements do you need to play the movies at M2MCLUB?

A: To play the movies you need to have a PC with Internet Explorer browser version 6.0 or 7.0,
Mozilla, Firefox and Netscape browsers are also compatible. Cookies must be enabled to view our movies.

 

 

Q: My password doesn't work. What should I do?

A: Your username and password are CaSe SeNsItIvE, which means that you should enter them exactly as they were sent to you by e-mail from.
Also make sure that your cookies are enabled. If you are still unable to gain access, contact us as soon as possible using the form on the
contact us page make sure you fill out the form with as much information

as you can so we can help you as quickly as possible.

 

 

Q: How do I download scenes at M2MCLUB?

A: We have developed a system that makes it extremely simple to start downloading your favorite scenes.
To download the scenes, click on the
Download tab present on every scene or scene detail.



You will get a file download window like this:

Select SAVE to permanently store the scene on your Hard Drive. Depending on your internet connection, the movies will take different lengths of time to download.

 

 

Q: What about download limits?

A: we have download limits: only two scenes (videos) per day.
